HP UFT 11.5 Browser Basestate errors

When running Axe with HP UFT 11.5 for the first time you may experience errors on the Browser Basestate methods. This is UFT throwing a 'General run error' on the Browser.Navigate method. The error is because UFT requires an Internet Explorer add-in from HP called 'BHO Manager' to be enabled. This was not required with earlier versions of QTP. There are two ways to enable the BHO Manager Class browser Add-In:

1. Respond to the prompt when Internet Explorer is started for the first time on a machine with UFT installed.

Press the Enable button.

or

2. Enable the Add-In from the IE tools menu.

    Select Tools -> Manage add-ons.

    Highlight 'BHOManager Class' and click the Enable button.
