Axe Test Automation Platform

Can someone please help me. I am getting the "Error Initialising run " Axe error message after the build was successful. I am not sure what the issue could be as I am still new on this tool and my technical knowledge is limited.

Have you selected a valid Run Configuration file?
Does the TOOL entry in the Run Config match the Build Config?
What version of Axe are you using and what test execution tool? Can you show us the contents of your config files if you are still having problems.
