Axe Test Automation Platform

When executing a script through the AXE GUI, the script builds ok but then displays a message box 'Compilation failure for script'
If I OK this box, I then get the message box (although not every time) ' 'Runtime error '5' - Module AxeDriver, Line 1. Illegal function call'

In Robot, the message 'Script command failure on line 4 of 'AxeDriver' /AXE Scripts/test?EMP_SETUP2

Any ideas what this means and how to fix it?

hi,

U can find this problem in various scenarios.

some of the common scenarios are:

1. when you have a double quotes (") in the data column
2. when you have any special charater in the description column
3. when a user defined function is not mapped properly

etc..
