Axe Test Automation Platform

Hello,

I am trying to run my very first project in Axe and I am getting this  error: 

A URL has not been specified. Ensure that you are referencing a RunConfig file with a containing a valid website entry. Parameter name: url

Any ideas?

Hi Issy,

The first thing to check is that you have selected a Run Configuration file in the Axe user-interface. Depending on which version of Axe you are using, this will normally be in the top-right of the UI.
Then you need to open the RunConfig file and check the value for the entry with category 'WebSite' and option of 'Home'. Put your url here. A default entry is normally added during the New Project Wizard.
You can also refer to the OdinPortal sample provided with Axe for examples.
