Axe Test Automation Platform

Hi

Our AXE scripts are currently executed by Rational Robot through Rational Test Manager.

Has anyone switched from using this set-up to using Mercury Quality Centre & Quick Test Professional, if so - what changes were needed to the AXE scripts?

Hi Mark,

The Axe tests (i.e. Excel spreadsheets) will not need any changes. But you will need to recreate your Robot object map for use with QTP. You can use Excel or the native tsr format. You may also need to port any custom function libraries that have been created in Robot to QTP VBScript.
