Hi,

I am having difficulty automating the testing of a navigation menu, which contains a tree style menu, using the <span> html class to indicate a menu/submenu and menu item to click and select.

The span elements either contains an id, or just the span text.

In the Watin.ActionMap.xml there is no 'set' value to click a Span class object, so when attempting to build a script, an error occurs.

Is there a possible programmatic or other solution to interact with a Span class object.

Hi Daniel,

The ActionMap entry required to click on a Span element is:
ie.Span(AxeIntWatiN.GetConstraint("&properties&")).Click()

This will be added to WatiN.ActionMap.xml in the next Axe 2.0 maintenance release.
